Do you manage projects outside Switzerland?

Yes. Even though we’re a Swiss based company, we do operate across Europe and support international clients for multi-country and cross-border events, relying on a strong network of venues, hotels, and trusted suppliers.

Can you support venue and hotel sourcing only?

Absolutely. Many clients engage us specifically for venue and hotel sourcing, including research, negotiations, contracting, and room block management — either as a standalone service or as part of a full event delivery.

Do you support regulated industries such as healthcare?

Yes. We have experience delivering events in regulated environments and adapting formats, hospitality, and processes to compliance requirements. We are also certified HMCC (Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate).

How do you ensure budget control and transparency?

Budgets are structured upfront and monitored throughout the project. We work with clear cost breakdowns, transparent supplier pricing, and documented approvals to align with corporate governance and procurement standards.

How do you integrate with internal procurement and approval processes?

We are used to working within corporate procurement frameworks and approval workflows. Scopes, timelines, and responsibilities are clearly defined, allowing smooth collaboration with procurement, finance, and compliance teams.

Do you handle on-site operations and suppliers?

Yes. We manage all operational aspects on site, including supplier coordination, logistics, accreditation, program flow and real-time issue resolution, ensuring a seamless experience for stakeholders and attendees.

Who will manage our project day-to-day?

Your project is personally led by a senior event director from initial briefing to on-site delivery and final reporting. There are no handovers between teams — you work with one accountable point of contact throughout.
