I hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and have over 15 years of experience in the events industry, specialising in the delivery of complex corporate events across Europe.

Throughout my career, I have worked at senior agency level, managing conferences, corporate meetings, incentive programmes, congresses, and multi-stakeholder events for international organisations. I have extensive experience working with Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Marketing, Communications, and Medical Affairs teams, which has given me a strong understanding of governance, compliance, and financial control.

I founded GUMI Events with a clear objective: to offer companies a senior-led, boutique alternative to large agencies — combining operational (Swiss) precision, direct accountability, and pragmatic execution.

My approach is structured and detail-driven. I focus on aligning strategy, logistics, and stakeholder expectations into one coherent delivery model, ensuring events are predictable, well managed, and executed without friction.

At GUMI Events, I remain personally involved in every project — from the initial brief to on-site delivery and final reporting — providing my clients with continuity, clarity, and reliable outcomes.
